From interviews with departments to a project for a corporate knowledge base and an AI agent: analysis, proposal, demo website
A research analysis of the company based on interviews with employees from five departments (5–15 August 2025) and, building on it, the “GRC Intel” proposal: a two-part MVP — GRC Wiki (a corporate knowledge base) and GRC Agent (an AI agent), a plan of up to 4.5 months and a cost estimate. For the presentation, a one-page interactive website was made with a RAG search demo and an AI block on Gemini; a prototype interface for a fine-tuned AI assistant and a parser for the corporate portal’s order table were also prepared.
The task
Findings of the analysis: there is no single logic for how an order moves between departments, areas of responsibility are blurred, knowledge (drawings, calculations, process sheets) is not systematised, and some routine work (for example, payroll calculation) is done by hand.
