AI hall · ask yourself

Ask — the site will answer

The assistant knows all our cases and answers with links to them — just like the knowledge bases we build for companies.

Answered by AI from this site's content; it can make mistakes. For an exact answer, send us a request. Please don't share personal data here.

Sample answer

How does the assistant work with 1C and Bitrix24?

Through our MCP servers: 1C connects via OData, Bitrix24 via its REST API, email via IMAP/SMTP, and each one is configured with what the assistant is allowed to do. In 0-INTEL an employee asks in plain words and gets an answer with a link to the document, and the assistant can also act in 1C, email and the CRM.

FAQ

In short: how we work and what the AI words mean.

What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a predefined script. An AI agent understands a question asked in plain words and takes actions in connected systems on its own: finds a document, checks data in 1C or Bitrix24, drafts an email. In our corporate assistants every answer comes with links to the documents it was built from.

A bot or a Mini App — which one?

A bot is a chat dialogue: buttons, messages, notifications. A Mini App is an app inside Telegram with a full interface: catalogue, cart, personal account. If the scenario fits into a few steps, a bot is enough; if you need a screen with choices and filters, go with a Mini App. We often build both: the bot guides the customer, the Mini App shows the catalogue.

How does an AI assistant connect to 1C, Bitrix24, email and Telegram?

Through integrations: 1C via OData, Bitrix24 via REST, email via IMAP and SMTP, Telegram via a bot. For AI agents we build MCP servers — the standard way to give a model access to an external system.

Does company data stay inside the perimeter?

Yes. The assistant works with the company's data and does not take it outside the perimeter. For especially sensitive tasks we use local models — that is how the financial audit for REKA Group works, for example.

What does a project consist of, and how long does it take?

Seven steps: request, requirements, specification, design, development, testing, launch and support. Stages, features and results are fixed in the specification before the start — together with the timeline. Project history shows the pace: TECoperator shipped 41 versions in 4 weeks.

What happens after launch?

Release, monitoring and updates — support is part of the work. Every project is turnkey: from idea and strategy to launch and support.

How do we start?

Tell us about the task in the “Let’s start from zero” form or write to us on Telegram. We will get back to you within 24 hours, ask clarifying questions and suggest the next step.

Which languages do you build products in?

Russian, English and Uzbek: the interface, the bot's texts and the assistant's answers. Pick the languages in the very first step — in the starting point above.

Five principles

  1. End to end

From idea and specification to launch and support — one team all the way.

  2. Specification first

Stages, features and results are fixed before we start.

  3. We measure, not believe

Every task has acceptance criteria; every version ships with a report.

  4. We don't vanish after launch

Release, monitoring, updates. We reply within 24 hours.

  5. We open our work

0-CODE and MCP servers for AI agents are open source.
