C-137
2026 · Tool · Node.js, Bash
A framework for day-long autonomous AI agent campaigns: many short-lived agents with a clean memory, and continuity kept in repository files.
C-137 lets an agent keep developing for days on end without stopping and without degrading because of an overflowing context: instead of one long-running agent there is a chain of short ones, each starting with a clean memory, while all continuity lives in files. A single command turns an idea or a business plan into a ready campaign: an interview about the concept, a plan with verifiable criteria, a readiness check, and then a loop with a watchdog, rollbacks and parallel “lanes” in separate working trees. Built around the loop are a state hub, a web console with roles and a deployment package.
The task
A single long-running agent degrades as its context fills up and stops at questions; working for days on end requires state outside the model’s memory, budget control, checks of the checks themselves, observability and safe campaign management.
What’s inside
- The tools/start.js conductor: from an idea to a launch-ready campaign with one command; it stops only where a human has to decide, and prints exactly one command that lifts the stop
- Concept stage: an interview in rounds of questions, a dossier and a plan assembled from the answers; sufficiency is determined by an automated count of section coverage
- Parallel mode: up to 4 “lanes” in separate git worktrees, write-boundary checks, an integration gate, a parallelism map of the plan
- “Doctor”: an automated check of the readiness checklist, including a mutation check of “do the tests actually go red”
- Watchdog: adaptive thresholds for stalling and silence, rollback to the state before an iteration, budget and hour ceilings for the campaign
- State hub (one daemon per machine, a permanent project address) and web console: three roles, audit, actions only from a closed allowlist, a mobile layout from 320 px, push notifications
